In 2004 Rob worked with GBM Minerals Engineering Consultants on the upgrade and restart of the St Andrew Goldfields Stock Mine and Mill near Timmins, Ontario, Canada. The project was completed on schedule, within budget and with zero accidents or recorded injuries. Completion was marked by the first gold pour in September 2004. E-mails from senior St Andrew officers to GBM's Director are reproduced below:

Mike
- I was up at Stock yesterday and took the opportunity to visit the Stock Gold Mill
- I have been very impressed with the performance of Rob Taylor and GBM. I think they have done an excellent job in bringing this project to fruition and on time!!!!
- The Project Planning, Scheduling, Engineering and cost control have been bang on.
- I know that there is a whole GBM team behind Rob but he was the interface with St Andrew. He has impressed everyone who has worked with him.
- I have had a lot of questions asked of me as to why I went to England to get the EPCM for the Stock Mill. My stock answer ( excuse the pun!) has been “I know that GBM would get the job done” Well you proved it.
Thanks for the support
